In this session, we will explore the factors the client must consider when deciding to file a bankruptcy, the timing of the filing and whether to file a 7 or 13. What goals will a chapter 7 vs 13 achieve? It is very important for the client to understand the consequences of the filings, particularly as it relates to the client’s ability to keep certain assets.
