REACH法規(guī)中，豁免注冊物質(zhì)有哪些？（詳細(xì)）
1、放射性物質(zhì)；
2、海關(guān)監(jiān)管物資：海關(guān)監(jiān)管目錄上，不經(jīng)處理、暫時存放在保稅區(qū)或保稅倉庫再出口或過境物質(zhì)；
3、不可分離中間體；同地使用和外運的可分離中間體
4、處于運輸過程的危險物質(zhì)和在危險配制品中的物質(zhì)，危險品的運載工具；
5、不屬于物質(zhì)、配制品或物品：廢料。
6、人用或獸用藥品，進(jìn)入或直接與人體接觸的醫(yī)用器具；
7、化妝品
8、食品添加、調(diào)味劑，食用香料；飼料添加劑；動物營養(yǎng)劑；
9、聚合物單體及其它化學(xué)物質(zhì)：該單體或其它化學(xué)物質(zhì)年生產(chǎn)或進(jìn)口小于1噸；聚合物中游離未注冊單體小于2%。
10、聚合物、配制品、商品(物品)本身不必注冊。
11、REACH法規(guī)豁免附件包括的物質(zhì)(附件IV物質(zhì)附件V物質(zhì))。
12、用于產(chǎn)品與工藝研發(fā)(PPORD)的物質(zhì)(5+5/10年)；
13、再次進(jìn)口且已經(jīng)注冊過的化學(xué)物質(zhì)。
14、回收物質(zhì)。

1.其他物質(zhì)或物品暴露于如空氣、濕氣、微生物或陽光這樣的環(huán)境因素時偶然發(fā)生的化學(xué)反應(yīng)得到的物質(zhì)。
2.由儲存的另一種物質(zhì)、配制品或物品偶然發(fā)生的化學(xué)反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的物質(zhì)。
3.在其他物質(zhì)、配制品和物品的最終使用中發(fā)生的化學(xué)反應(yīng)中產(chǎn)生的而并非是制造商或進(jìn)口商本身制造、進(jìn)口或上市的物質(zhì)。
4.并非以其本身制造、進(jìn)口或投放市場并且源自下列情況引發(fā)的化學(xué)反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的某些物質(zhì)：
(a)穩(wěn)定劑、著色劑、調(diào)味劑、抗氧化劑、填充劑、溶劑、載體、表面活性劑、增塑劑、抗腐蝕劑、阻泡劑或消泡劑、分散劑、抑制沉淀劑、干燥劑、粘合劑、乳化劑、反乳化劑、脫水劑、膠凝劑、促黏劑、流動調(diào)節(jié)劑、pH值中和劑、阻隔劑、凝結(jié)劑、凝聚劑、阻燃劑、潤滑劑、鱉合劑或品質(zhì)控配制品，當(dāng)以上物質(zhì)按預(yù)期目的發(fā)揮作用時；或者
(b)一種物質(zhì)僅具備某種特定的物理化學(xué)特性，當(dāng)其按預(yù)期目的發(fā)揮作用時。
5.副產(chǎn)品，除非以其自身進(jìn)口或上市。
6.某種物質(zhì)與水結(jié)合形成的氫氧化物和水合離子，設(shè)若這種物質(zhì)已由制造商或進(jìn)口商應(yīng)用本免責(zé)條款注冊。
7.自然存在的下列物質(zhì)，只要它們沒有經(jīng)過化學(xué)改性。
礦物質(zhì)、礦石、精礦、水泥渣、天然氣、液化石油氣、天然氣冷凝物、工業(yè)廢氣及其成分、原油、煤炭、焦炭等。
8.除第7條列舉的種類之外，其他自然存在、未經(jīng)化學(xué)改性的物質(zhì)，除非它們滿足據(jù)第67/548/EEC號指令的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)被分類為危險品。
9.氫、氧、惰性氣體(氬、氦、氖、氙)、氮等危害和風(fēng)險已經(jīng)被充分了解的基本元素物質(zhì)。
